คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีความประสงค์จะรับสมัครคัดเลือกบุคคลผู้มีความสามารถพิเศษ เพื่อทำการสอน วิจัย หรือบริการวิชาการ จำนวน 5 อัตรา สังกัดคณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ดังรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้

1. ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

1.1 จำนวน 2 อัตรา อัตราเงินเดือนๆ ละ 65,000 บาท ปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2569

ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569

1.2 จำนวน 3 อัตรา อัตราเงินเดือนๆ ละ 63,000 บาท ปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2569

ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569

 

2. คุณสมบัติของผู้มีสิทธิ์สมัคร

       กลุ่มที่ 1  

2.1 เป็นผู้มีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามความในข้อ 9 แห่งข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ว่าด้วยการบริหาร งานบุคคล พ.ศ. 2565 (รายละเอียดตามเอกสารแนบท้ายประกาศนี้)

2.2 หากเป็นชายต้องเป็นผู้ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือได้รับการยกเว้นการเป็นทหาร

2.3 ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องที่พักอาศัยและสามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาราชการได้

2.4 เป็นบุคคลภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

2.5 มีวุฒิปริญญาเอกทุกสาขา

2.6 มีผลงานทางวิชาการโดดเด่น โดยพิจารณาจากดัชนีทางผลงานวิชาการ ซึ่งสามารถสืบค้นได้จากฐานข้อมูล Scopus หรือ ABDC หรือ หรือจากฐานข้อมูลที่ ก.บ.ม. กำหนด เช่น จำนวนผลงานวิชาการที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ใน Q1 ของ Scopus จำนวนครั้งของผลงานอ้างอิง ที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ (Citation) ค่า h-index (Scopus) ทุนวิจัยภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย รางวัลที่เคยได้รับ และศักยภาพในการพัฒนานักวิจัยอื่นๆ ในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้มีศักยภาพในงานวิจัยและการขอตำแหน่งวิชาการที่สูงขึ้น เป็นต้น

2.7 ภาระงานเมื่อได้รับการพิจารณาคัดเลือก (รายละเอียดตามเอกสารแนบท้ายประกาศนี้)

2.8 เป็นผู้มีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามความในข้อ 9 แห่งข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ว่าด้วยการบริหาร งานบุคคล พ.ศ. 2565 (รายละเอียดตามเอกสารแนบท้ายประกาศนี้)

2.11 เป็นบุคคลภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เป็นที่มีความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านบริหารธุรกิจ ด้านการบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการบริหารงานในองค์กรที่มีชื่อเสียงรวมแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี เช่น บริหารงานในบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย หน่วยงานเอกชน หน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจหรือองค์การมหาชน เป็นต้น

2.12 ภาระงานเมื่อได้รับการพิจารณาคัดเลือก (รายละเอียดตามเอกสารแนบท้ายประกาศนี้)

 

3. วัน เวลา และสถานที่รับสมัคร

ผู้ประสงค์สมัคร ให้สมัครทางออนไลน์  ตั้งแต่บัดนี้ ถึงวันที่ 6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569

จะดำเนินการคัดเลือก โดยวิธีการพิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติ และการสัมภาษณ์

– พิจารณาความรู้ความสามารถจาก คุณสมบัติ  70  คะแนน

– จากการสัมภาษณ์  30  คะแนน แจ้งให้ทราบภายหลัง

The Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, intends to recruit and select individuals with special expertise to perform teaching, research, or academic service duties. A total of five (5) positions are available under the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, with details as follows:

1. Period of Employment

1.1 Two (2) positions with a monthly salary of 65,000 Baht per position, employment period from 1 March 2026 to 30 September 2026.

1.2 Three (3) positions with a monthly salary of 63,000 Baht per position, employment period from 1 June 2026 to 30 September 2026.

 

2. Qualifications of Applicants

Group 1: Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

2.1 Meet the qualifications prescribed in Clause 9 of the Khon Kaen University Regulations on Personnel Administration B.E. 2565 (2022) (see Appendix).

2.2 Male applicants must have completed military service or have been legally exempted.

2.3 Have no accommodation issues and be able to perform duties outside official working hours.

2.4 Be an external individual (not currently affiliated with Khon Kaen University)

2.5 Hold a doctoral degree in any discipline.

2.6 Demonstrate outstanding academic achievements, as evidenced by academic

performance indicators that can be verified through databases such as Scopus, ABDC, or other databases recognized by the University Academic Affairs Committee (e.g., number of publications in Scopus Q1 journals, citation counts, h-index (Scopus), external research grants, academic awards, and potential to mentor and develop other researchers at Khon Kaen University toward higher academic positions).

2.7 Be able to undertake the workload after selection (details provided in the Appendix).

Group 2:  Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

2.8 Meet the qualifications prescribed in Clause 9 of the Khon Kaen University Regulations on Personnel Administration B.E. 2565 (2022) (see Appendix).

2.9 Male applicants must have completed military service or have been legally exempted.

2.10 Have no accommodation issues and be able to perform duties outside official working hours.

2.11 Be an external individual (not currently affiliated with Khon Kaen University) who possess knowledge and expertise in business administration, accounting, or related fields, with at least 10 years of cumulative executive or managerial experience in reputable organizations, such as listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, private sector organizations, state enterprises, or public organizations.

2.12 Be able to undertake the workload after selection (details provided in the Appendix).
