Director of Agricultural Trade Credit

Main Duties and Responsibilities
-Review, reassess, and approve loan applications from business operators, evaluating
business potential and the ability to repay.
-Develop strategic plans, business plans, and annual and long-term budgets for providing
trade credit in the agricultural sector.
-Collect, analyze, and assess the credit needs of business operators across various
systems.
-Improve and develop loan products to meet the needs of target groups.
-Plan expenditures and allocate budgets for projects related to providing trade credit to
business operators.
-Disseminate promotional information effectively to target groups, collect data on
business operators seeking to participate in projects, and evaluate and select them
accordingly.
-Analyze and assess risks that may arise from lending and find ways to mitigate these
risks.
-Monitor the utilization of credit by business operators while evaluating the outcomes
and impacts of projects.
-Review and track the repayments of borrowers to ensure timely repayments.
-Plan the development of marketing strategies and promotional efforts to increase trade
opportunities and expand product distribution channels, enhancing market accessibility.
-Provide advice on managing trade expenses to increase competitiveness and
profitability.
-Advise on setting competitive and appropriate product prices for the market.
-Promote the use of technology in business operations, such as online sales management
systems and market analysis tools.
-Support and promote market expansion with foreign countries, particularly focusing on
agricultural import-export trade.
-Create reports on operations and trade analysis to improve strategies.
-Assist in market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
-Monitor and evaluate work performance periodically.
-Write reports on project operations regularly, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and
annual reports, to present to the management committee.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as International Trade, Business
Administration, Economics, or related fields.
-At least 7 years of experience in business management in both domestic and
international trade.
-Knowledge and ability in business management, understanding market mechanisms,
risk factors, and the practice of issuing credit across various scales.
-Ability to forecast trends and future challenges in trade and develop strategic solutions
to address issues in each area.
-Ability to adapt and be flexible in response to market changes caused by natural and
external factors at all times.
-Open to new ideas and able to adjust policies as necessary.
-A person who is ready to teach, share knowledge, and foster teamwork.

Skills and Abilities:
1) Skills in business planning and management.
2) Ability to analyze financial data.
3) Communication and coordination skills with both domestic and international sectors.
4) Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
5) Good physical health, able to work overtime, work as part of a team, handle pressure,
and travel to work in different provinces.
6) Proficient in using computer programs related to business management and planning.
7) Ability to communicate well in English.
