We serve both local and international clients with a full range of beauty, skin, and wellness solutions – from Botox and fillers to laser treatments and spa programs. From our head office in Sathorn, we support a rapidly expanding network of clinics and wellness outlets in Bangkok and key provinces. We currently operating 18 branches across Bangkok and expanding into major provincial cities. We combine clinical excellence with a premium client experience — and we are building the team to match our ambitions.
We are now opening our first branches in Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, and Chiang Mai. With that, we are looking for exceptional people to lead them from the ground up.
Role Purpose
As City Growth & Operations Lead, you will be Aura’s senior representative in your city — responsible for branch performance, client experience quality, team standards, and local market growth. You will report directly to the Retail Operations Lead at Bangkok HQ and participate in monthly leadership meetings in Bangkok.
This is a full-time provincial posting. You will live and work in your assigned city. We will fly you to Bangkok once a month for HQ meetings. And we will pay you at Bangkok rates — because the quality of thinking we need does not change based on postcode.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branch performance
- Revenue ownership: own revenue performance across all Aura branches in your city and actively drive it
- On-ground problem solving: identify what is limiting sales and act on it — product mix, team capability, client experience, local demand patterns
- Daily monitoring: monitor branch operations daily: standards, staff conduct, client flow, inventory accuracy
- Local market development: identify what is working and what is not in your city — bring structured recommendations back to HQ
Branch Quality & Standards Oversight
- Daily branch presence: this role is field-based, not desk-based. The expectation is to spend the majority of each working day across branches and in the city, whether on the floor or conducting spot-checks. Working from home is the exception.
- Standards enforcement: ensure every branch operates to Aura’s standards without exception.
- People quality: identify staff performance and management quality issues early and escalate with evidence and a recommendation
Bridge between your city and Bangkok HQ
- Monthly HQ meetings: attend monthly leadership meetings at Bangkok HQ — present city performance, insights, and recommendations
- City-level strategy: work closely with the Retail Operations Lead on city-level strategy and people decisions
Your First 2 Months — Bangkok Onboarding
Before deployment to your city, you will complete a structured 2-month onboarding program at Bangkok HQ and Bangkok branches. You will learn every aspect of how Aura operates — from clinic floor to data systems to business strategy before taking on full responsibility in your city.
This is an investment in your success. We want you to arrive in your city fully equipped, not figuring things out as you go.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of work experience in operations, consulting, retail management, business analysis, or a structured corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- Originally from or with strong connections to Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, or Chiang Mai. We want someone who knows and cares about the city
- Willing to be stationed full-time in the assigned city, this is a firm requirement, not flexible.
- Analytical and structured you read data, spot patterns, and form recommendations without being asked.
- High standards you notice when things are not right, and you say so.
- Strong communicator you can present findings clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
- Ambitious you want to build something, not just manage it.
