งานกาแฟที่จะทำให้คนรักกาแฟได้มาเจอกัน พูดคุย แลกเปลี่ยน แบ่งปัน ชงและชิม จากจุดเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่การปลูก การเก็บเกี่ยว การคั่ว การชง และการดื่มกาแฟให้มีความสุข (มีร้านขนมและไอศครีมเข้ามาแจมด้วยนะ)

ภายในงานจะมีการ Talk & Work Shop โดยผู้ชำนาญจากร้านกาแฟในขอนแก่น ทั้ง Roaster และ Barista ที่พร้อมจะมาป้ายยาอุปกรณ์วิธีการชงต่างๆ และพร้อมที่จะนำเสนอเมล็ดกาแฟจากหลากหลายรูปแบบของร้านกาแฟมืออาชีพ ที่จะทำให้ประสบการณ์การดื่มกาแฟของคุณนั้นพิเศษขึ้นไปอีกขั้น

และไม่ใช่เฉพาะกาแฟเท่านั้น แต่เราจะเสิร์ฟบรรยากาศอันอบอุ่นในฤดูหนาวด้วยดนตรีสดบทเพลงไพเราะในสวน รวมไปถึงมุมนั่งทำงาน Carft แบบเพลินๆ หรือใครไม่ดื่มกาแฟก็มานั่งเล่น ถ่ายรูป พูดคุย จกพุงแมวก็ได้นะ แล้วเจอกัน…

Calling all coffee lovers to join us at Columbo for an amazing workshop! We will be looking at the process of coffee; starting from planting, harvesting, processing, roasting, brewing and enjoying the coffee together.

Columbo is so excited to feature many seasoned roasters and baristas that will share their techniques and tools, for the best cup of coffee.

It will be a weekend for all, with craft workshops, photography, and live music the whole weekend! Come hang with us and all of our cute cats
