Job Responsibility
1.Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales & opportunities.
2.Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges
and leverage growth opportunities
3.Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
4. Develop forecasts, financial objectives , Feasibility study and business plans.
5. Ensure that all attraction components are attractive & innovative to targeted shoppers.
6. Apply data to drive customer loyalty (CRM) to increase frequency of repeat visits
7Communicate effectively to targeted shoppers using all marketing channels
8.Build Corporate Brand Image.
9. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
10.Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence,
business opportunities and needs. Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching,
development and motivation
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Marketing Communication Arts, or related field
2.At least 5 years in marketing preferably in retail business
3.Excellent communication skills both English and Thai
4. Key results-driven with eyes for creativity
5.Well-organized, work well as a team and independently
6.Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
